General Description of Works
National College of Art & Design is a new building comprising of six floors listed as follows:

Basement level comprising of maintenance stores, maintenance workshops, plant room, boiler house,
switch room, transformer room and toilets etc.

Lower ground floor level consisting of plastic workshop, metal workshop, timber workshop,
offices and general classrooms, toilets etc.

Ground floor comprising of offices, 8 classrooms/lecture rooms and toilets.

First floor comprising of offices, 8 classrooms/lecture rooms and toilets.

emergency lighting, general service installation and fire alarm installation (MICC cable). Intruder alarm installation,
IT and Comms installation, P.A. installation, CCTV installation and motive power installation. Plant rooms installation
and outside lighting installation.
