General Description of Works
Ballyfermot Civic Centre is an installation comprising of a three story building. The ground floor comprises of offices, foyer, reception area, recreation
area complete with indoor and outdoor stage areas, crèche and conference area etc.
The first floor comprises of offices, kitchen/canteen, music rooms, photography rooms, toilets etc.
The second floor comprises of offices, plant rooms, toilets etc.
The electrical service installation consists of main board installation, sub-main board installation, main and sub-main cable installation,
trunking and cable tray installation. Complete conduit installation for lighting, emergency lighting, general services installation, fire alarm installation,
intruder alarm installation, I.T. and Comms installation, P.A. installation, CCTV installation, motive power installation, plant room installation, outside
lighting installation, lighting protection system.
